3. This year, to go GREEN and help the team captains manage their team participants waivers, we have decided to try a new procedure to manage team participants and waiver forms. Please send your EXACT team name, as you have registered on the form, and the following electronic WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE LINK to your team mates and have them fill out the form and acknowledge the waiver release terms -
On June 30th, I will close this link and those that have signed the waiver will be how we will count who is on YOUR race team. TEAM CAPTAIN, please ensure that there is a minimum of 16 participants, and no more than a maximum of 25 per team (4 substitutes). Once we have received your FULL payment, we will send you a link to sign up for a slot to practice, the weekdays prior to the festival.
Also, this year, as an incentive, if you sign up and pay your full registration fees, you will be sent a link to reserve your spot on the team village - first come, first serve.
